Located in Riyadh, Günaydın Steakhouse brings the tradition of Turkish meat culture into a contemporary spatial experience. Designed by Toros and Partners, the interior architecture reflects the brand’s culinary heritage through a balanced use of craftsmanship, natural materials, and modern design language aligned with global fine dining standards.
Stone surfaces, hand-carved wood panels, and metal accents create a tactile material palette expressing strength and authenticity. Spacious seating areas and private dining sections provide flexibility, while the open kitchen and meat display units act as visual focal points, emphasizing transparency and Günaydın’s expertise in meat preparation.
Technology is seamlessly integrated through induction heating systems embedded in selected tables and show kitchen counters, maintaining optimal serving temperatures while preserving the spatial integrity. The design also responds to Riyadh’s climate, addressing thermal comfort and acoustic performance through layered material and spatial solutions.
Durable finishes and layered lighting combining ambient, functional, and accent illumination create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Established by Cüneyt Asan in partnership with Doğuş Dream Group and Alothman Holding, Günaydın Steakhouse Riyadh represents a contemporary interpretation of Turkish steakhouse culture through the interior architecture by Toros and Partners.
