Located within the Trilliant building in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, the Çalık Holding headquarters has been designed as a comprehensive office environment that brings together multiple group companies under a unified spatial concept.
Through an interior architecture and interior design approach, the project has been developed to support collaboration, strengthen communication, and reflect the corporate identity within the workspace.
The spatial organization has been structured to create a balanced distribution between open office areas, meeting rooms, executive spaces, and social zones, with the aim of providing a fluid and flexible working environment.
Technical aspects such as acoustic performance, lighting balance, material selection, and ergonomics have been considered as key design inputs, aiming to establish an efficient and comfortable workspace adaptable to different working scenarios.
The use of natural light, combined with a refined and timeless material palette, has been emphasized to create a calm, professional, and well-balanced atmosphere throughout the office.
Shared spaces and social areas have been designed to encourage interaction between employees, offering alternative environments for informal meetings and relaxation.
With this approach, the Çalık Holding headquarters within Trilliant presents a contemporary corporate office interior design solution, combining user experience, technical performance, and a cohesive spatial identity.
