ION KALYON RIVA SALES OFFICE

Within the scope of Kalyon ION (formerly Riva Country development), Toros and Partners carried out a comprehensive interior design project including the sales office and various villa typologies across the development.

The ION sales office was conceived not merely as a presentation space, but as an experiential environment that reflects the spirit of the project and communicates its lifestyle vision.

Biophilic design principles formed the basis of the interior approach. A strong connection to nature was established through the use of plants, natural light, and a balanced material palette. The combination of marble and wood brings a timeless and refined character to the space, while custom-designed furniture in the digital presentation areas supports the sales process with functional and efficient solutions.

In the executive offices, green tones and planting are emphasized. These areas establish a strong continuity with the outdoor landscape and the overall living concept offered within the project.

The outdoor space was designed not simply as a garden, but as a layered living environment accommodating multiple usage scenarios. A fireplace area, the “Cup of Joy” point, and custom-designed walking paths together create a nature-integrated experience. The use of color is carefully balanced to ensure that it does not overpower the vegetation, allowing the planting to remain the primary spatial element.

The project also incorporates small yet meaningful details inspired by nature. Birdhouses and cat shelters are integrated into the design, reflecting an approach that considers not only human users but all living beings as part of the environment.

The tiny house located within the garden is designed as a more intimate and flexible space. Dominated by wood and earthy tones, it offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, while material continuity creates a cohesive spatial language. A meeting area defined by movable wooden panels allows for acoustic separation and adaptability to different usage needs.
