Lulu Corner, located in Fişekhane, was designed as a contemporary social space shaped around the brand’s intention to connect with a younger generation and evolving urban lifestyles. Developed by Toros and Partners, the project introduces an open and informal spatial language within the historic industrial context of the site.
The garden was conceived as a layered landscape where dense greenery softens spatial boundaries and extends the interior into an urban garden atmosphere. Inside, color, material, and object compositions create a vibrant yet balanced environment that supports different forms of social interaction.
Sculptural lighting pieces by Seletti were integrated as spatial elements that shape perception and rhythm throughout the day, allowing subtle changes in atmosphere. Lulu Corner forms a contemporary meeting point where the industrial memory of Fişekhane meets a lively urban culture.
