The sales office for Referans Ümraniye, developed by Kiler GYO, was designed by Toros and Partners as an interior environment aligned with the architectural vision created by İki Design Group, interpreting the project’s urban waterfront atmosphere through spatial design. Natural tones, layered textures, and soft material transitions were used to create a calm and welcoming environment within the city context. Wood surfaces and wall textures subtly reference the tactile quality of sand, while brass accents and custom lighting elements introduce a refined sense of elegance.
The architectural model area was positioned at the center of the space as the primary focal point. A custom designed azure blue lighting element above the model enhances visual emphasis while guiding visitor orientation. Enclosed meeting rooms were integrated to support privacy during the sales process, while the high ceiling volume contributes to a sense of openness and spatial generosity. The design aims to translate the residential project’s lifestyle vision into a clear and immersive spatial experience.
