HAN SPACES 4 LEVENT

HAN Spaces 4 Levent is a next generation coworking and shared office project located in Istanbul’s primary business district. Designed and built by Toros and Partners, the project reinterprets the social production culture of traditional inns through a contemporary workplace design approach.

The spatial organization integrates coworking zones, private offices, meeting rooms, quiet areas, and social spaces within a cohesive interior architecture framework. The design prioritizes user experience by establishing a balanced relationship between collaborative open environments and focused work areas.

Natural materials, daylight oriented planning strategies, and biophilic design principles define the interior atmosphere. Layered spatial compositions, warm textures, and integrated greenery create a comfortable and human centered working environment.

Technology is embedded as an essential component of the design. Hybrid meeting systems, digital infrastructure, and flexible workspace solutions enhance usability while supporting evolving work patterns. Ergonomics, acoustic performance, and sustainable material choices guided the overall design process.

HAN Spaces 4 Levent represents a contemporary workplace environment shaped around interaction, productivity, and flexibility, reflecting Toros and Partners’ approach to modern office interior architecture in Istanbul.
