The Gianfranco Ferré branded residential project, developed in collaboration with Helis Yapı and located in Zekeriyaköy, was conceived as a contemporary living environment reflecting the brand’s timeless elegance and refined design identity. Designed by Toros and Partners, the project interprets luxury residential living through balanced proportions, warm material selections, and carefully considered spatial details, creating an atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and welcoming.
A strong connection between interior and exterior spaces guided the design approach. The water wall positioned within the garden introduces a sense of calm while enhancing the spatial continuity between outdoor and indoor living areas. Beneath the staircase, a custom-designed wine cellar adds a distinctive layer to the living experience, combining functionality with a refined architectural gesture.
The project presents a residential environment where comfort, material richness, and understated luxury come together in a cohesive spatial language.
