The show apartment designed for Gianfranco Ferré residential projects in Istanbul was developed by Toros and Partners as a spatial interpretation of the brand’s Italian design sensibility. The project translates Ferré’s refined aesthetic language into a contemporary residential environment, emphasizing balanced proportions, clarity of space, and carefully considered material compositions. The interior atmosphere was shaped to convey a calm yet distinctive living experience aligned with the brand’s timeless character.
Beyond functioning as a residential prototype, the apartment was also planned to host sales meetings and presentations. The spatial organization allows visitors to experience the apartment within a realistic living scenario while supporting discussion and presentation moments throughout the sales process. Flexible furniture layouts and clear circulation create a natural flow between living, meeting, and presentation areas.
Custom patterns were developed to reinforce the brand identity, while the design scope also included accessories and presentation elements used throughout the guest experience.
Material selections, soft tonal transitions, and controlled lighting strategies contribute to a welcoming and composed interior environment. The project aims to express the lifestyle vision of the residence development through a balanced spatial language, where comfort, clarity, and subtle elegance define the overall experience.
