Located in Iskenderun, this luxury residential interior design project presents a contemporary approach to private living, combining international design standards with local craftsmanship. Designed as a bespoke home, the project focuses on creating a bright, calm, and spacious environment shaped by openness, natural light, and fluid spatial relationships.
A curated selection of furniture from Minotti, Poliform, B&B Italia, Walter Knoll, Cassina, Vitra Eames, Tom Dixon, and Maison Dada was paired with custom designed pieces to achieve a balanced and timeless interior character. Bespoke furniture produced by Enne Mobilya further strengthened the dialogue between global design culture and local production.
Material choices play a defining role throughout the interiors. Calacatta marble enhances visual continuity in shared areas, while Marmara marble introduces a softer atmosphere in selected bathrooms. High quality fittings by Axor Citterio and Fantini Bianche support the project’s focus on durability and refinement. Custom marquetry parquet flooring produced by Arttek Parke adds craftsmanship and depth, while Schüco facade systems ensure long term comfort and performance.
The project brings together architecture, interior design, premium materials, and craftsmanship to create a refined residential environment defined by clarity, comfort, and timeless elegance.
