Within the scope of Kalyon ION (Riva Country development), a comprehensive interior architecture project has been carried out by Toros and Partners, covering the sales office and multiple villa typologies. As one of the concepts developed by Toros and Partners within this holistic approach, the D1 villa type has been considered as a representative residential scenario reflecting the overall living concept of the project.
The D1 villa has been designed based on a defined lifestyle scenario, referencing a contemporary family life that maintains a strong connection with nature and an active social routine. The spatial organization has been developed to support a balanced flow between daily life, social interaction, and individual experiences.
Located in Riva, Istanbul, the project has been approached as a residential development offering a nature-integrated and high quality living experience. Within the villa interior design process, user experience, comfort, and spatial continuity have been prioritized.
In the D1 villa interior, natural light, material balance, and spatial flow have been defined as key design inputs. A continuous relationship between the interior spaces and the garden and pool areas has been established, aiming to strengthen the sense of living in direct connection with nature.
Soft tones, natural textures, and custom designed furniture have been utilized to create a calm, refined, and timeless atmosphere. The spaces have been designed with flexibility in mind, allowing adaptation to different lifestyle scenarios.
The relationship between the living area, kitchen, and outdoor spaces has been handled through a fluid planning approach that supports social interaction. Large openings and permeable boundaries enable a seamless integration between interior spaces and the landscape.
Private areas such as bedrooms have been designed to offer a more tranquil and personal experience, with material and lighting decisions supporting an enhanced sense of comfort.
With this project, Kalyon ION presents an interpretation of villa interior design in Istanbul, shaped by the relationship with nature, spatial continuity, and user oriented design thinking.
Toros and Partners continues to translate its experience in luxury residential interior design, villa interior design, and lifestyle driven spatial design into projects of varying scales.
